DreamCloud 10 Years Limited Warranty

DreamCloud pocketed coil mattress, boxspring, and foundation box carry a 10-year limited warranty period.

For the first 2 years upon the date of delivery, DreamCloud will, at its option, replace or repair a DreamCloud mattress, boxspring, or foundation box, due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge).

After the first 2 years upon the date of delivery, the cost of any replacement or repair of DreamCloud mattress, boxspring, or foundation box will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/10th of the prevailing list price, plus the transportation charge.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, DreamCloud reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.

NOTE:

  • This warranty is extended ONLY to the original purchaser and his/her delivery address. We will honour ONLY ONE delivery address.
  • This warranty is ONLY valid with the original purchaser from Mattress Premium Outlet, DreamCloud Gallery, Authorized Dealers, or selected concessionaires.
  • In the event of a change of address, to continue to enjoy DreamCloud warranty coverage, the original purchaser MUST update his/her new address with DreamCloud via phone, email, or snail mail. The delivery of DreamCloud mattress from point A to point B MUST be handled by DreamCloud to ensure the validity of the warranty.

What is excluded under DreamCloud warranty?

(This warranty does not apply to and excludes):

  • Normal body impressions of 38mm (1.5 inches) or less.
    • [Note: Body impressions are a normal phenomenon of premium bedding and indicate that the comfort layers are conforming to your body. Impressions of 38mm (1.5 inches) or less on the mattress in all sleeping areas are quite possible and not considered a manufacturing defect.]
  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects with a visible indentation of more than 2cm on Dreamcloud latex Series, or overall indentation of more than 4cm including the spring(if any).
  • Normal body impression on the quilted outer cover is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, including among others, placing the mattress on a poor bed frame, jumping, spilling liquid on the mattress etc.
  • If the warranty is triggered within the first 2 years upon delivery Dreamcloud will at its discretion repair or replace the Dreamcloud mattress at no charge (excluding transportation charges).
  • If the warranty is triggered after the first 2 years, the owner will have bear a pro-rated cost of 1/10th per year of the prevailing list price plus transportation charge.
  • Firmness or comfort preference of the product.
  • Mattress, boxspring, or foundation box that is soiled, burnt, or has received obvious abuse or improper care (please refer to the care instruction), such as mattress with inadequate support from a weak, mismatching size boxspring or an improper bed frame, namely nest type and wooden rail type.
  • Mattress size that is within the tolerance level of ±2cm in width and length.
  • Mattress height/ weight.
  • Cover (fabric), bent border/grid wires.
  • Bending, standing, or jumping on the mattress.
  • Handles. Mattress handles are designed for mattress positioning only. Never use the mattress handles to support the weight of the mattress.
  • DreamCloud product that is stained, soiled, or infested with vermin even if defective.
  • Dust mites and bed bugs.
  • Product shipped out of Malaysia.
  • Product obtained other than through an authorized DreamCloud retailer.
  • Product sold for commercial use.
  • Merchandise sold “as-is,” “distressed,” or floor model.
  • Transportation, inspection, or removal cost of the product.
  • Dissatisfaction with the mattress including, but not limited to: heat, backaches, rashes.

Note: Please ensure that satin trade labels and/or law labels are intact to identify the bedding and validate the warranty. DreamCloud shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result through the use of this product.

Bedframe Warranty

DreamCloud warrants all bedframe products against manufacturing defects as follows:
