Exchange/Refund Policy

At DreamCloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your DreamCloud bed, we offer an exchange or refund within a specified period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your DreamCloud bed for a different size or model, please follow these steps:

  3. Return the product to DreamCloud in its original packaging and condition, along with proof of purchase.

If you prefer a refund for your DreamCloud bed, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Mattress toppers or accessories that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
