✅ What is Covered Under This Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormalities in workmanship or materials under normal residential usage, including:
- Excessive sagging or indentations in the mattress surface greater than 2 inches (5 cm), not associated with improper foundation or support systems.
- Structural failure of internal components, such as broken springs, collapsed foam cores, or cracked latex layers, arising from regular usage.
- Splitting, cracking, or premature degradation of latex or foam materials occurring under normal indoor conditions.
- Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, including unraveling stitching, malfunctioning zippers, or separation of seams, within the first year of delivery.
- Approved transportation costs associated with valid warranty claims will be fully covered by Mattress Premium Outlet (MPO).
❌ What is Not Covered Under This Warranty
This warranty does not apply to the following conditions or circumstances:
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening or loss of firmness that does not affect the structural integrity of the mattress.
- Body impressions or sagging less than 2 inches (5 cm), which are considered normal and not a manufacturing defect.
- Damage resulting from improper support, including use on fish bone-style bedframes, slatted bases with wide gaps, or any irregular, uneven, or non-flat foundation that causes the mattress to sag or the spring system to deteriorate.
- Physical abuse or misuse, such as burns, cuts, tears, punctures, stains, mold, spillage, or infestation.
- Subjective comfort issues, such as dissatisfaction with firmness, softness, height, weight, temperature, or motion transfer.
- Use of the mattress in non-residential, commercial, rental, or hospitality settings, unless otherwise specified.
- Mattresses that are unsanitary, heavily soiled, infested, or missing original law tags, serial numbers, or proper proof of delivery.
- Any unauthorized repair, modification, or replacement of components not approved by MPO or the manufacturer.Important Notes

- Any misuse, modification, or improper handling will void the warranty.
